The Advanced Negotiation Workshop

In January 2019, Suze Cumming will host an exclusive Negotiation Workshop focusing on going above and beyond the MCNE material. The small dynamic group in this workshop will mean fast learning, strong engagement, and a high calibre of Negotiating excellence.

This is the most advanced negotiation training we offer. 


About the Workshop

This workshop, running for the second time after great success last summer, will push the MCNE Negotiation Skills to the next level. We will study a tailored set of negotiation case studies coming from the group of participants and use them as an opportunity to develop the skills, language, understanding power balance, and strategies around real-life negotiations. 

This is an opportunity to work closely with Suze on your personal negotiation strategy and technique, and to actively apply these advanced negotiation skills to real life. With only 15 in the group, the course will be highly personalized to those who register.

What you take out of this workshop will be directly correlated to what you put into it. Those who come with the energy and intention to challenge themselves will get significantly more value.


Course Structure:

The basis of the course will be weekly 1 hour webinars used to go through pre-arranged case studies and introduce high-level negotiation tactics. Between sessions, participants will maintain email conversation with Suze and each other to deepen ideas, discuss their application, and pre-arrange case studies for the following week. The best way to master the complex concepts of this course is to use them between sessions.
